BTS Group Holdings and Grand Canal Land have invested on 50:50 basis in a joint-venture company named Bayswater Co Ltd, which is intended to be used as the vehicle through which BTS and GLAND will develop a specific property project. 

The initial capital of the joint venture is Bt10 million, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares with par value of Bt100 each.
